Soul Trackers Investigations in 2003: 6

Yet another year in the books, thanks to all the investigators in SoulTrackers. As year 2003 came to a close so did a second year of investigations, operations, and expansion. We went through some rough times again this year, but, our core values lead us into the third year with flying colors. I would like to thank everyone for contributing, dedicating, and preserving this awesome organization. Thanks Again Soul Trackers, Jonathan Williams, Operations Director.

Investigator Of The Year

Though another year is over, there are still investigators determined to make this organization the way it is supposed to be. Through dedication all these investigators should be awarded investigator of the year, but, that is not the case. This individual has kept the organization running not by herself, but, has made a huge impact on the operations aspect. She has kept the organization organized by leading the Logistics Division to keep up to 90 investigator records, investigations files, and misc. files up to date as best she can. She has also kept in communications with the Directors and Head Investigators and contributed to other operations within the agency. She has also been able to go to College for her Bachelor's Degree and work a full time job. After thoughtful review of several investigators, I am happy to announce that this years Investigator of The Year, is:

Logistics Director Pamela Flanders

1st Quarter:
September-November
This time frame was a busy one in several regions as investigations were increasing and membership was skyrocketing. Soultrackers at one time had almost 70-80 investigators operating at full capacity.

2nd Quarter:
December-February
This time frame was the winter holidays and the cold came into play. Blizzards stormed the outdoor environment making it hard to investigate cemeteries so SoulTrackers were forced into indoor investigations whenever they could schedule.

3rd Quarter:
March-May
During this quarter SoulTrackers increased investigations, and increased investigator training and awareness. The organization also developed a distance learning program and developed better protocalls for investigations.

4th Quarter:
June-September
SoulTrackers faced the ultimate test this cycle. Operations Director Williams was deployed to Operation Enduring Freedom in Pakistan for several months. In the meantime Asst. Operations Director Andrew Foster took over as well as resigned from the agency putting the organization into a operations limbo until the end of the year when Williams returned back home and regained structure again.
