Year in Review 2004
Soul Trackers Investigations in 2004: 15
Another year in the books, thanks to all the investigators
in SoulTrackers. As year 2004 came to a close so did a third year of investigations,
operations, and expansion. We went through some rough transitions this
year, but, our core values lead us into the forth year with flying colors.
I would like to thank everyone for contributing, dedicating, and preserving
this awesome organization. Thanks Again Soul Trackers, Jonathan Williams,
Operations Director.
Investigator Of The Year
For the third year, we will pick our 2003-2004 Investigator of the Year.
This individual through the year has endured a move, several key investigations,
and has conducted business in all categories developing her office to
full capacity by herself. She has written reports that were commended
by the Operations Director and were said to "be the best he has
ever seen out of an office." This years investigator of the year
also won the February 2004 investigator of the month for her new ideas
and dedication to the organization. SoulTrackers would like to announce
the 2003-2004 investigator of the year is....
Regional Director Carol Coggins
1st Quarter:
September-November
While Director J. Williams was in Japan conducting investigations, SoulTrackers
USA kept strong and conducted several investigations themselves.
2nd Quarter:
December-February
A very slow time due to the weather and environements. SoulTrackers
had a few investigations indoor which produced a small amount of results.
3rd Quarter:
March-May
During this quarter SoulTrackers increased investigations, and increased
investigator training and awareness in the Japan region. The organization
also developed an Operations Manual and developed better protocalls
and theories for investigations.
4th Quarter:
June-September
SoulTrackers faced another ultimate test this cycle. Operations Director
Williams Perminently Changed Bases back home to Mcguire AFB in New Jersey
for another year. After that year Williams will seperate from the military
and then anything is possible.
